Design Lab

Throwaway prototypes, built to decide — not to ship. Static HTML, fixture data, no build step. Press v on any prototype page for design notes and open questions.

Landing is intentionally black-and-white per the 2026-07-02 design-system override (stock shadcn neutrals) — this is a lab/index surface, not the warm iOS-app palette the prototypes below use.

01

Creator Studio creator side

The inbox evolved into a studio built on the acting thesis. Record takes from prompted questions, manage a wardrobe / daily re-scan, triage fans — three tabs, one performer's toolkit.

02

Consumer Place consumer side

The app as a 3D place, not a list. Swipe between creators' spaces like scenes; a guide character walks new users through it in three steps, replayable anytime.

03

Glass Card Hero marketing splash

Desktop splash direction: a floating glass character card over a time-of-day scene, rotating taglines from the manifesto, a "moment plays → background transports" demo.

04

World One kids' world spike

Not a Fadeaway surface — a separate overnight spike sharing the tech spine. Celine's Island: a persistent 3D world she builds by asking, with a parent-gated journal/approval loop and a non-companion guide (doctrine in docs/research/world-spike-spec.md).

Consumer Flow v0 reference

Prior round: creator-link entry, the connecting ritual, the space with Replika-style chat overlay. Baseline this lab builds on.

Creator Inbox v0 reference

Prior round: triage deck vs. list, voice-reply-first. Folded into Studio's third tab here.

Ordering: Studio → Place → Glass Hero mirrors the pitch order Elliott's been using verbally (creator tool, then consumer place, then the marketing frame). The two v0 reference links stay for continuity/history.
